Prudential plc announced that it repurchased 274,050 ordinary shares on Dec, 1 2025 through the London Stock Exchange at prices ranging from GBP 10.83 to GBP 10.93 per share, for a total consideration of roughly 5.1 million Singapore dollars.

The shares will be cancelled, trimming the insurer’s outstanding share count to 2,555,531,090 ordinary shares.

Since shareholders granted a repurchase mandate on May, 14 2025, Prudential plc has bought back 51,469,966 shares, equivalent to about 1.98 % of its issued share capital at that time.

Including the latest purchase, 274,050 shares from Dec, 1 2025 and 292,129 shares bought on Nov, 28 2025 are pending cancellation under the ongoing programme.
