Marriott’s annual core IT meeting, themed “Transformation, Drive, Acceleration,” gathered IT managers from Marriott properties across China for in-depth discussions on digital operations, smart equipment, and refined management. As a specialized provider in hotel digitalization, DC Yinuo presented its two self-developed products tailored for hotel scenarios, engaging in technical exchanges and solution matching with attendees to demonstrate achievements in smart management, efficient operations, and cost optimization. The Intelligent Linen Management System, showcased at both events, is a hotel-specific platform built on IoT RFID technology and smart algorithms. By embedding RFID chips in linens, the system enables end-to-end traceability from room usage and laundry collection to storage and disposal. Terminal devices quickly scan and record data at each stage, with smart algorithms generating alerts and reports. Tests at a 200-room five-star hotel showed significant efficiency gains: time for room reports and laundry counting reduced by approximately 90%, and inventory checks cut by 80%. Cost control benefits included an 80% reduction in linen loss, a 50% drop in guest complaints related to linens, and a 15% decrease in annual procurement costs. The system covers four core modules—smart room management, linen inventory, laundry management, and guest hygiene scanning—supporting automated reports and real-time alerts for anomalies. The other product, the Smart Compact Cabinet, addresses hotel equipment room and operational needs with space-saving, rapid deployment, energy efficiency, unified management, and reduced investment, aiding in lightweight, integrated IT infrastructure management. During interactive sessions, DC Yinuo’s technical team discussed implementation processes, practical outcomes, and data security, garnering attention and approval with demonstrated efficiency data, full-process visibility, and ease of use. The linen system can be deployed in about 10 days for chip installation, with one day for system delivery and three days for staff training. Building on its digital expertise, DC Yinuo recently won the nearly 4 million yuan equipment procurement bid for the InterContinental Shenzhen, further solidifying its position in the high-end hotel digital services market. From featuring at Accor and Marriott events to securing the InterContinental project, DC Yinuo is establishing a data-driven, integrated hardware-software service approach in the premium hotel segment. As the industry increasingly prioritizes operational efficiency, cost control, and guest experience, high-frequency, high-loss areas like linen management are becoming key focuses for technological innovation.
