Leoch Int’l executes on-market buybacks, repurchasing 500,000 shares; issued share count steady at 1.44 billion

Leoch International Technology Limited (Leoch Int’l) disclosed in a resubmitted Next Day Disclosure Return to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that it continued utilising its share-repurchase mandate in early June 2026 without altering its total issued share capital.

Key points • Repurchase activity: – 3 Jun 2026: 396,000 ordinary shares bought back for cancellation at a volume-weighted average price of HK$1.0587 per share. – 4 Jun 2026: 104,000 ordinary shares bought back for cancellation at HK$1.10 per share, costing HK$114,400.

• Cumulative buybacks under current mandate: 500,000 shares, representing 0.04% of the 1.44 billion shares in issue when the mandate was approved on 15 May 2026. The mandate allows repurchase of up to 144.24 million shares.

• Share capital position: – Opening and closing balance (3–4 Jun 2026): 1,442.39 million issued shares; no treasury shares held. – The 500,000 repurchased shares remain to be cancelled and therefore are still included in the issued share total as of 4 Jun 2026.

• Pricing: The 4 Jun 2026 transaction was executed at HK$1.10, exceeding the prior day’s HK$1.0587 average, lifting the two-day average repurchase price to approximately HK$1.07.

• Compliance and moratorium: The board confirmed all repurchases complied with Hong Kong Listing Rules. Under Rule 10.06(3)(a), Leoch Int’l is subject to a 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury share sales until 4 Jul 2026.
