China Saftower (08623) announced that its major shareholder, Red Fly Investment Limited (the seller), notified the company on December 30, 2025 (after trading hours) that it had sold a total of 46.79 million company shares, representing approximately 25.00% of the issued shares as of the announcement date, to Lockxy Investment Limited (the buyer), a limited company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands.

The buyer is an investment holding company wholly owned by Ms. Luo Xi.

As of the announcement date, Ms. Luo serves as an executive director of the company.

Following the completion of the transfer, the seller holds the remaining 5.902 million shares, constituting approximately 3.15% of the issued share capital, and consequently ceases to be a major shareholder of the company; meanwhile, the buyer and Ms. Luo hold an interest in 47.9585 million shares, representing approximately 25.62% of the issued shares as of the announcement date, and have thus become a major shareholder of the company.
