CM BANK (03968) has announced a significant executive appointment. The company released a statement confirming that it has received official approval from the National Financial Regulatory Administration regarding the appointment of Mr. Wang Xiaoqing.

The regulatory body issued a formal document, reference number Jin Fu [2026] No. 390, approving Mr. Wang Xiaoqing's qualification to serve as the company's President. The approval takes effect from July 28, 2026.

Under this new leadership structure, Mr. Wang Xiaoqing's term as President of the company will commence on the aforementioned effective date and will continue until the conclusion of the current term of the company's 13th Board of Directors.
