Joyzyme Group Limited released a supplemental announcement on 9 September 2026, adding key data to its 2025 Annual Report concerning the company’s share-option activity.

The board disclosed that the weighted-average closing price of Joyzyme shares immediately before each option exercise during 2025 stood at HK$0.431. In addition, 4.50 million share options, each carrying an exercise price of HK$0.125, were cancelled within the same fiscal year.

Apart from these figures, all other information contained in the 2025 Annual Report, originally published on 27 April 2026, remains unchanged, according to the filing.
