Zhaojin Mining Industry Company Limited (Stock Code: 1818) announced that additional time is required to finalize certain information for inclusion in a forthcoming circular regarding the Proposed Revised Annual Cap for the Framework Agreement for Sales of Silver, as amended by the Supplemental Agreement. The dispatch of this circular, originally expected on or before 27 February 2026, has been postponed to a date on or before 4 March 2026.

The circular will contain details of the Proposed Revised Annual Cap, the opinions and recommendations of an independent board committee and an independent financial adviser, as well as notice of the upcoming extraordinary general meeting.
