CapitaLand Investment Limited said on Apr, 28 2026 that several board and committee changes took effect immediately after the company’s annual general meeting.

The company noted that Chaly Mah Chee Kheong has retired from the board, relinquishing his positions as chairman of the Audit Committee and member of the Executive and Sustainability Committee.

Tan Sri Abdul Farid Alias was named the new Audit Committee chairman and stepped down as chairman of the Risk Committee, though he remains a member of that committee.

Eugene Paul Lai Chin Look has been appointed chairman of the Risk Committee. The firm confirmed that the remaining compositions of its Executive Resource and Compensation Committee and Nominating Committee are unchanged.
