China South City Holdings Limited (In Liquidation) (the “Company”) refers to its previous announcement on 11 August 2025 regarding the winding up of the Company and the appointment of joint and several liquidators.

In accordance with the Company’s Articles of Association, any dividends unclaimed for six years from their respective declaration dates will be forfeited. This notice covers final dividends declared between July 2010 and June 2019 for financial years ended 31 March 2010 to 31 March 2019. Any remaining unclaimed dividends as of 18 November 2025 will revert to the Company. Shareholders who are entitled to receive these dividends but have not yet done so are advised to contact the Company’s share registrar by 4:30 p.m. on 17 November 2025.

The Company also confirms that trading in its shares on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited was suspended effective 10:55 a.m. on 11 August 2025 and remains suspended. The suspension follows the High Court of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region’s winding-up order on 11 August 2025, under which all powers of the Co-Chairmen, Executive Directors, and Non-Executive Directors ceased upon the making of this order.
