In this disclosure, it was stated that CITIC Securities International Capital Management Limited, classified as a Class (6) associate connected with the offeree, reported two transactions on 31 October 2025 involving derivative contracts tied to Jinke Smart Services Group Co Ltd.

According to the form, one transaction involved closing out a derivative contract referencing 57,600 relevant securities, with a reference price of HKD6.87, resulting in a total amount of HKD395,712. Simultaneously, another derivative contract was entered into, also referencing 57,600 relevant securities at the same reference price and the same total amount, set to mature on 31 December 2025. Following these dealings, CITIC Securities International Capital Management Limited maintained a resultant balance of 35,000,000 securities in total.

It was further noted that CITIC Securities International Capital Management Limited is ultimately owned by CITIC Securities Company Limited and that these dealings were made for its own account.
