Ningbo Joyson Electronic Corp. (Stock Code: 0699) published its unaudited 2025 third quarter results, prepared under Chinese Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises.
During the third quarter of 2025, operating income reached RMB15.50 billion, marking a 10.25% year-on-year increase. From the beginning of the year to the end of this reporting period, operating income was RMB45.84 billion, up 11.45% year-on-year. The company’s total profit for the quarter stood at RMB597 million, representing a 6.05% decrease compared to the same period last year, while total profit from the beginning of the year amounted to RMB1.84 billion, up 4.08% year-on-year.
Net profit attributable to shareholders during the quarter reached RMB413 million, showing a year-on-year growth of 35.40%. From January to September 2025, the figure totaled RMB1.12 billion, a rise of 18.98% compared with the same period in 2024. After deducting non-recurring profit or loss, net profit in the quarter surged by 37.53% year-on-year.
In explaining these results, the company highlighted the effects of improved operational efficiency and cost-reduction measures, which helped boost gross margins in key business segments. The first three quarters of 2025 delivered new business orders amounting to approximately RMB71.4 billion in total value over the lifecycle, with safety business orders at RMB39.6 billion and electronics business orders at RMB31.8 billion.
As of September 30, 2025, Ningbo Joyson Electronic’s total assets were RMB68.68 billion, a 7.03% increase from the prior year-end. Owners’ equity attributable to shareholders reached RMB14.32 billion, a 5.64% increase compared to the end of 2024.
