Top Glove Corporation Bhd (TOPGLOV) disclosed on May, 14 2026 that two key insiders intend to deal in the company’s ordinary shares during the forthcoming closed-period.

Executive Chairman Tan Sri Dr Lim Wee Chai holds 2,327,302,456 shares directly, representing 29.026 % of Top Glove’s issued shares, and a further 733,903,948 shares indirectly, equal to 9.153 %. He has notified the company of his intention to trade in these securities.

Executive Director Mr Lim Hooi Sin, who is also planning to trade, owns 133,273,744 shares directly (1.662 %) and 2,927,732,660 shares indirectly (36.515 %).

The notifications were made in line with Chapter 14 of Bursa Malaysia’s Listing Requirements concerning dealings in listed securities during closed periods.
