ALMASAR C.I. LTD. (the “Trustee”) and MTR Corporation Limited (66) (“MTR Corporation Limited”) have applied to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited for a listing of a U.S.$8.00 billion Trust Certificate Issuance Programme for 12 months after 27 February 2026. According to the announcement dated 27 February 2026, the listing is expected to become effective on 2 March 2026. The trust certificates under the Programme will be offered only to professional investors as defined in the relevant rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. First Abu Dhabi Bank acts as the arranger, while DIB, Emirates NBD Capital, First Abu Dhabi Bank, HSBC, J.P. Morgan, and Standard Chartered Bank serve as the dealers.
