Scholar Education Group (SCHOLAR EDU, 01769) announced that its board of directors will convene on 31 March 2026. The agenda includes:

• Approval and release of the audited annual results for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.

• Consideration of a potential final dividend for the period.

Chairman and executive director Mr. Chen Qiyuan issued the notice on 18 March 2026. The current board comprises four executive directors—Mr. Chen Qiyuan, Mr. Qi Mingzhi, Ms. Li Ailing and Ms. Leng Xinlan—and three independent non-executive directors—Mr. Yang Xuezhi, Ms. Yim Ka Man and Prof. Zhang Wenjun.

The forthcoming meeting will determine the timing of the FY 2025 results publication and any associated dividend distribution, subject to board approval.
