Shenzhen Camsense Technologies Co., Ltd. (Camsense) has announced that, effective 8 October 2026, it will shift to an electronic-first model for distributing all future corporate communications in line with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules and the company’s articles of association.
Key measures are as follows:
1. Actionable Corporate Communications—such as proxy forms, election instructions and other documents requiring shareholder action—will be emailed individually to shareholders. If the company lacks a functional email address for a shareholder, it will provide a printed copy along with a request form to capture an updated email address for future use.
2. General Corporate Communications—including annual, interim and quarterly reports, meeting notices, circulars and listing documents—will be published exclusively on both the company’s website (www.camsense.cn) and HKEX’s website (www.hkexnews.hk). No separate hard-copy or email notifications of publication will be issued; shareholders are expected to check the websites proactively.
3. Email Registration—Shareholders are encouraged to submit or update their email addresses via an online form accessible through a QR code (valid until 8 December 2026) or by contacting the H-share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, either in writing to its Hong Kong office or by email at 6802-ecom@vistra.com.
4. Printed Copies on Request—Shareholders who prefer hard copies, or who encounter difficulty accessing online documents, may request printed versions at no charge by notifying Tricor in writing or by email. Each request remains valid until the last day of Camsense’s next financial year unless revoked or superseded.
The company emphasises that it will be deemed compliant with listing regulations if it sends actionable documents to the email address provided without receiving a non-delivery message.
