MINIEYE (02431) announced that on October 31, 2025, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Tongxiang Wuzhen MINIEYE, entered into a construction contract with Henan Gejiu Construction for a designated project. Under the agreement, Henan Gejiu Construction will undertake the construction work for the project.

The project involves the development of facilities for the annual production of 600,000 units (sets) of intelligent driving assistance products. Located in Wuzhen Town, Tongxiang City, the site is situated east of Shangta Temple Port and north of Canal Avenue. The total land area spans approximately 27,687.33 square meters, with a total construction area of about 57,784.03 square meters.

Henan Gejiu Construction will be responsible for various construction aspects, including but not limited to earthworks, pile foundation works, civil engineering, doors and windows, mechanical and electrical engineering, fire protection systems, interior and exterior decoration, municipal pipeline networks, roadworks, landscaping, as well as temporary and permanent fencing and gate installations.

The signing of this construction contract supports the company's future operational strategy. Upon completion, the project is expected to enhance the group's production efficiency, capacity, and adaptability to high-end equipment manufacturing needs, aligning with its business expansion goals. Additionally, it will optimize production line layouts, improve intelligent manufacturing capabilities, increase output, and comprehensively strengthen profitability, facilitating the company's capacity expansion and upgrade.
