China Yuchai boosts stake in HL Global Enterprises to 49.11%

China Yuchai International Limited (CYD) said on Nov, 04 2025 that its wholly owned subsidiary, Grace Star Services Ltd., purchased 200,000 shares of HL Global Enterprises Limited, raising its shareholding from 48.90% to 49.11% at 0.331 Singapore dollars per share.

The additional investment increases the company’s exposure to HL Global Enterprises, which operates the Copthorne Hotel Cameron Highlands in Malaysia and is listed on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange.

China Yuchai International Limited, through its subsidiary Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Company Limited, designs, manufactures and sells a broad range of engines and powertrain solutions in China and overseas.
