RS MACALLINE Reports 2025 Self-operated Store Revenue of 4.94 Billion Yuan, Down 9.6% Year-on-Year

RS MACALLINE (01528) announced that as of December 31, 2025, the company operated 74 self-owned home furnishing malls and 218 managed malls with varying levels of management involvement. Additionally, it operated 7 home furnishing malls through strategic partnerships and authorized 19 franchised home building materials projects, encompassing a total of 345 home furnishing and building materials stores/commercial streets.

During the reporting period, the company closed 4 self-operated malls located in Chongqing, Guangzhou in Guangdong, Chengdu in Sichuan, and Changsha in Hunan. Three malls were converted from managed to self-operated, located in Tangshan in Hebei and Tianjin (two malls). Two malls were converted from self-operated to managed, located in Baotou in Inner Mongolia and Changzhou in Jiangsu. One new managed mall opened in Taizhou, Jiangsu, while 38 managed malls were closed across numerous cities in China. One managed mall in Liaocheng, Shandong was converted to a franchised operation.

As of December 31, 2025, the company had 16 self-operated malls in preparation (13 owned and 3 leased), with a planned construction area of approximately 2.63 million square meters. Among the planned managed malls, 246 signed projects had obtained land use rights or secured land parcels.

The revenue from the company's opened self-operated malls during the reporting period was 4.94 billion yuan, a decrease of 9.6% compared to the same period last year. The gross profit margin was 69.8%, representing an increase of 1.1 percentage points from the margin in the same period of 2024.
