China Sci-Tech Industrial Investment Group Limited (Stock Code: 339) has issued a notice for a special general meeting (SGM) scheduled for Friday, 27 February 2026, at 12:30 p.m. at Portion 2, 12th Floor, The Center, 99 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong. The primary purpose is to consider a special resolution regarding the proposed change of the English name of the company to “WebX Holding Group Limited” and the adoption of “全球數字控股集團有限公司” as its new Chinese secondary name, subject to the approval of the Registrar of Companies in Bermuda.
