On 27 July 2026, Skymission Group Holdings Limited (SKYMISSION GP) released three key shareholder documents for the 2025/26 financial year: 1) the 2025/26 Annual Report, 2) the Annual General Meeting (AGM) Circular, and 3) the related Proxy Form.

All documents are now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.skymission.group) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

To promote paperless communication, the board advises shareholders to access these materials online. Registered shareholders preferring hard copies—or who cannot receive email notifications—may request printed versions free of charge by submitting the enclosed Reply Form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 1429-ecom@vistra.com. A prepaid mailing label is provided for local returns.
