GSH Corporation raises 19.90 million Singapore dollars from three digital securities issues

GSH Corporation Limited announced the successful close of its G014, G613 and G903 digital securities issues at 2:00 p.m. Singapore time on Dec, 11 2025, securing 19.90 million Singapore dollars in aggregate gross proceeds.

The digital securities from the three issuances are scheduled to be listed on the ADDX digital platform on Dec, 12 2025.

Executive Chairman Dr. Sam Goi Seng Hui and Chief Executive Officer Gilbert Ee Guan Hui subscribed for a combined 10.0 million Singapore dollars, accounting for 58.69% of the G903 Issue and 59.81% of the G014 Issue.

The company said it will release additional announcements if there are further material developments related to the capital programme or the completed issuances.
