The board of SBP GROUP (ASX: 01177) has announced the appointment of Dr. Chen Lieping and Dr. Lu Bai as independent non-executive directors.

Their appointments will take effect upon the conclusion of the company's annual general meeting, which is scheduled for June 17, 2026.

In conjunction with these appointments, the board has also made further committee assignments.

Dr. Chen has been appointed as a member of the company's audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee.

Dr. Lu has been appointed as a member of the company's audit committee.
