Ares Asia Limited (645) announced that its company secretary, authorised representative under the Listing Rules, and authorised representative for accepting service of process in Hong Kong, Mr. Lee Tsi Fun Nicholas, has resigned. According to the official disclosure, his resignation takes effect on 28 February 2026. Mr. Lee stated that he has no disagreement with the board of directors and that there are no matters relating to his resignation requiring further attention.

Ms. Chow currently serves as Head of Corporate Services at Acclime Corporate Services Limited and is a fellow of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute, The Chartered Governance Institute in the United Kingdom, and the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute. The board expressed gratitude to Mr. Lee for his service and welcomed Ms. Chow to her new position.
