YAN PALACE Buys Back 26,400 H Shares at Average HK$6.38, Outstanding Share Count Slips to 461.01 Million

Xiamen Yan Palace Bird’s Nest Industry Co., Ltd. (YAN PALACE, HKEX: 01497) reported that it repurchased 26,400 H shares on 8 September 2026 under its existing share-buyback mandate.

The on-market purchases were executed at prices ranging from HK$5.865 to HK$6.49 per share, with a volume-weighted average price of HK$6.3784. Total consideration amounted to HK$0.17 million.

All 26,400 shares repurchased will be held as treasury stock. As a result, the company’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) decreased by 0.0057% to 461.01 million shares, while treasury shares rose to 4.49 million. The total issued share capital remains unchanged at 465.50 million shares.

Since the 11 May 2026 approval of its current buyback mandate—authorising repurchases of up to 46.17 million shares—YAN PALACE has bought back 0.68 million shares, equivalent to 0.15% of the shares outstanding on the mandate’s reference date.

In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, YAN PALACE is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares, running until 8 October 2026.
