China Energy Storage Technology Development Limited (01143) reported no changes to its total authorised share capital for November 2025, remaining at 7,500,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of HK$0.20 each, for an aggregate of HK$1,500,000,000.

The issued share capital also remained unchanged at 224,289,185 ordinary shares, with no treasury shares held or issued during the period.

Regarding share options, there were 2,621,296 outstanding under a scheme adopted on 10 March 2020 at an exercise price of HK$3.46, and 15,550,182 outstanding under a scheme adopted on 8 June 2023 at an exercise price of HK$2.50. No new shares were issued pursuant to these options, and total funds raised from the exercise of options during the month stood at HK$0.
