TSH Resources Berhad (TSH) repurchased 150,000 of its own shares on Nov, 18 2025, paying between 1.32 and 1.35 per share for a total outlay of about 0.06 million Singapore dollars.

Following the transaction, the company’s treasury share balance rose to 108.65 million shares, representing 7.86257% of its enlarged issued capital of 1.382 billion shares.

All of the shares bought back were retained as treasury stock; none were cancelled.
