Jiangsu Lopal Tech. Group Co., Ltd. disclosed its monthly return report for the period ended 31 January 2026, submitted on 5 February 2026. The total issued share capital remains RMB 685,078,903, comprising 120,000,000 H Shares and 565,078,903 A Shares. No changes in the number of issued shares or treasury shares occurred during the month, and the public float requirement for the H Shares was confirmed as sufficient.

For the A Shares, two share option schemes were noted. Under the 2023 Share Option Scheme, 2,375,000 share options remain outstanding with no new shares issued in January 2026. Under the 2025 Share Option Incentive Scheme, 6,850,000 share options were granted on 5 January 2026, also resulting in no new shares being issued in January 2026.
