Nanofilm Technologies International Limited said that on Jun, 17 2026 it transferred 100,000 treasury shares to settle exercised options under the Nanofilm Employee Share Option Scheme 2017.

Before the transaction, the company held 11,166,524 treasury shares, representing 1.71% of its 652,276,586 issued shares. After the transfer, the balance decreased to 11,066,524 treasury shares, or 1.70% of 652,376,586 issued shares.

The shares were valued at 1.29 Singapore dollars each, based on the closing price on Jun, 17 2026.
