Scholar Education Group (Stock Code: 1769) has released a form of proxy for an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on 13 March 2026 at 10:30 a.m. The EGM will take place at the company’s headquarters, located at 43/F, Shenrun Building, No. 1001 Shennan East Road, Luohu District, Shenzhen, China.

Two ordinary resolutions are scheduled for consideration. The first requests a refresh of the Scheme Mandate Limit under the 2024 Share Scheme, allowing issuances of up to 10.00% of the total number of shares in issue as of the resolution date. The second seeks to refresh the Service Provider Sublimit, permitting further share issuances of up to 1.00% of the total number of shares for service provider participants.
