China International Capital Corporation Limited (CICC) announced that the Board of Directors, at its Twenty-second Meeting of the Third Session held on 31 July 2026, approved the retirement of Mr. Hu Changsheng from his role as a member of the Management Committee effective immediately.

The decision follows Mr. Hu’s attainment of the Company’s stipulated retirement age. Upon stepping down, he will no longer hold any positions at CICC or its subsidiaries. According to the filing, Mr. Hu confirmed he has no disagreements with the Board, no outstanding public commitments, and no matters requiring disclosure to shareholders, creditors, or relevant stock exchanges. The requisite handover procedures will be carried out in line with corporate requirements.

CICC’s Board expressed appreciation for Mr. Hu’s contributions during his tenure on the Management Committee. Following the adjustment, the Board composition remains: Executive Directors—Chen Liang and Wang Shuguang; Non-executive Directors—Zhang Wei, Kong Lingyan and Tian Ting; Independent Non-executive Directors—Ng Kong Ping Albert, Lu Zhengfei and Zhou Yu.
