Wisdomcome Group Holdings Limited will ask shareholders to approve a change of corporate identity at a Special General Meeting (SGM) scheduled for 4:30 p.m. on 17 April 2026 at Units 3-9, 10/F, Fook Hong Industrial Building, 19 Sheung Yuet Road, Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong.

The board proposes to rename the company from “Wisdomcome Group Holdings Limited” to “LIT Life Holdings Limited” and adopt “曌生命控股有限公司” as its new Chinese name. Management believes the refreshed branding will better align the Group with its strategic focus on human-centric consumer products in media, entertainment and longevity sectors.

Implementation is subject to two conditions: 1. Approval of the special resolution by shareholders at the SGM. 2. Registration of the new names by the Registrar of Companies in Bermuda, after which the change will become effective.

Operational and shareholder implications are limited: • Existing share certificates bearing the current name will remain valid for trading, settlement and evidence of legal title. • New share certificates issued after the effective date will reflect the new English and Chinese names. • The change will not affect shareholders’ rights, day-to-day operations or the Group’s financial position.

Key timetable items: • Register of members closure: 13–17 April 2026 (both days inclusive); share transfers must be lodged by 4:30 p.m. on 10 April 2026 to qualify for SGM attendance and voting. • Proxy forms must be submitted to Tricor Investor Services Limited no later than 48 hours before the SGM.
