Techtronic Industries Executes Share Buyback, Spending HK$4.1 Million

On June 30th, TECHTRONIC IND (ASX: 00669) announced it had conducted a share repurchase transaction. The company allocated a total of HK$4.1072 million to buy back 32,000 of its own shares. The repurchase price per share ranged between HK$125.8 and HK$129.7.
