China General Education Group Limited (CH GENERAL EDU, 02175) announced on 6 March 2026 that Moore CPA Limited has resigned as auditor due to the inability to reach a consensus on audit fees for the year ended 31 August 2026. According to the announcement, Moore had not yet commenced any audit work for the 2026 financial statements. Both the board and the audit committee confirmed there are no disagreements or unresolved matters with Moore, and no other circumstances need to be brought to shareholders’ attention aside from items previously disclosed.

China General Education Group Limited further announced the appointment of CCTH CPA Limited as the new auditor, following the audit committee’s review of proposals based on cost efficiency, independence, and relevant experience. CCTH will serve until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting. The board believes this change will not impact the 2026 audit and expresses gratitude to Moore CPA Limited for its service.
