According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on June 26th, three major shareholders of Shougang Resources (HKEX: 00639) simultaneously increased their holdings in the company's shares. The combined increase amounted to approximately 458,000 shares, involving a total sum of about HK$1.0036 million.

Breaking down the details, Managing Director Fan Wenli purchased an additional 208,000 shares at an average price of HK$2.1716 per share, with a total value of approximately HK$451,700. Following this transaction, his total shareholding stands at about 1.148 million shares, representing a 0.02% stake in the company.

Shareholder Cai Weixian acquired 100,000 more shares at HK$2.1750 each, amounting to roughly HK$217,500. This brings his latest shareholding to approximately 1.0074 million shares, also equating to a 0.02% ownership interest.

Board Chairman Chen Yi added 150,000 shares to his portfolio at an average price of HK$2.2296 per share, for a total consideration of about HK$334,400. His updated shareholding now totals 650,000 shares, constituting a 0.01% stake in the company.
