The board of Dexin Service Group (02215) has announced the appointment of Mr. Zhang Weixian as an independent non-executive director.

This appointment is set to take effect from June 15, 2026.

Concurrently, Mr. Zhang has also been appointed as a member of both the audit committee and the nomination committee, effective from the same date.
