Persistence Resources Group Ltd (Stock Code: 2489) has announced that effective 5 November 2025, Mr. Lo Cheuk Kwong Raymond resigned as an executive Director, the company secretary, and an authorised representative under both Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules and the Companies Ordinance. According to the announcement, Mr. Lo has confirmed there is no disagreement with the Board and nothing requiring the attention of shareholders or the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Mr. Lo will continue to serve as the chief financial officer of Persistence Resources Group Ltd.

Mr. Lo’s responsibilities will be assumed by Mr. Chu Hon Leung, who has been appointed as the new company secretary and authorised representative of Persistence Resources Group Ltd, also effective 5 November 2025. Mr. Chu, aged 43, is a practicing solicitor in Hong Kong and a partner at Li & Partners. He currently serves as a joint company secretary in two other listed companies on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and held similar positions in additional listed firms in the past. He holds a graduate diploma in law from The College of Law in London and a postgraduate certificate in laws from the City University of Hong Kong.

The Board of Persistence Resources Group Ltd expressed gratitude to Mr. Lo for his contributions and extended a formal welcome to Mr. Chu in his new roles.
