On January 20, Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science And Technology Co.,Ltd. responded to investor inquiries on an interactive platform, stating that by leveraging its technological expertise in industrial internet, artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and robotics, the company has been strategically positioning itself in the embodied intelligent humanoid robotics industry since 2024. It has now established full-stack, in-house research and development capabilities integrating both hardware and software, having introduced multiple self-developed prototypes and launched the "Yungu Embodied Intelligence Large Model" along with its toolchain.

The company possesses independent R&D capabilities for key robotic components such as planetary joint modules, cycloidal joint modules, reducers, controllers, and motors, and has also constructed a dedicated training ground for humanoid robots. To date, several of the company's self-developed robotic products have undergone multiple rounds of iteration.

Currently, dozens of robots are being deployed within factories for validation and data collection across various scenarios, including pre-assembly of construction machinery, goods sorting, tray arranging, barcode scanning for feeding, assembly of medium-sized components, and quality inspection. The robotics field represents cutting-edge technology and is a key national strategic industry; however, overall industry R&D and application are still in the early investment stage, and achieving large-scale profitability will require more time. Investors are advised to make decisions cautiously and be mindful of investment risks.
