According to financial results, Fangdd Network Group achieved significant revenue growth in the first half of 2025, with revenue increasing 45.3% year-over-year from RMB 1.400 billion in the same period last year to RMB 2.034 billion ($28.4 million). The revenue growth was attributed to Fangdd Network Group's commitment to developing its core projects and establishing long-term partnerships with real estate developers and agents. Additionally, supportive government policies, such as reduced mortgage rates and easier access to credit, played a key role in stimulating the real estate market. Furthermore, the total closed-loop GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) facilitated by Fangdd Network Group's platform increased 27.3%, rising from RMB 6.2 billion in the same period last year to RMB 8.0 billion ($1.1 billion).
