On 14 November 2025, Kingboard Laminates Holdings Limited (01888) released a Next Day Disclosure Return stating that 14,575,000 new shares were issued upon exercise of share options at an issue price of HKD 7.8 per share.

Of this total, 11,750,000 shares were issued to directors and 2,825,000 shares were issued to employees under the share option scheme adopted on 29 May 2017. Following these issuances, the overall number of issued shares rose from 3,120,000,000 to 3,134,575,000 as of 14 November 2025.
