APAC Resources Limited announced that it has formally completed its redomicile from Bermuda to Hong Kong. The Registrar of Companies in Bermuda issued a certificate of discontinuance on 25 March 2026, confirming the company’s discontinuation as an exempted Bermuda entity effective 19 March 2026 and its continuance in Hong Kong.

Following the discontinuance, Appleby Global Corporate Services (Bermuda) Limited ceased to serve as the principal share registrar and transfer office in Bermuda with effect from 19 March 2026. Tricor Investor Services Limited will continue to act as the company’s share registrar in Hong Kong.

The update follows previous notices released on 5 December 2025, 5 February 2026 and 19 March 2026. Shareholders, warrantholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities and consult professional advisers if in doubt.
