Bumitama Agri Shareholders Clear All AGM Resolutions, Declare 3.22-Cent Final Dividend

Bumitama Agri (P8Z) announced that all resolutions were passed at its annual general meeting held in Singapore on Apr, 27 2026.

Shareholders adopted the FY2025 audited financial statements, directors’ statement and auditors’ report.

A final dividend of 3.22 Singapore cents per share (one-tier tax exempt) was approved. The books will close on May, 6 2026 and the dividend will be paid on May, 14 2026.

Dato’ Lee Yeow Chor, Ms. Lim Christina Hariyanto and Mr. Witjaksana Darmosarkoro were re-elected to the board. Directors’ fees of S$450,500 for the financial year ending Dec, 31 2026 will be paid quarterly in arrears.

Ernst & Young LLP was re-appointed as external auditor.

Shareholders also renewed the interested person transactions mandate with IOI Corporation Berhad and its associates, granted a general share issue mandate, and renewed the share buyback mandate.

The meeting concluded at 11:47 a.m.
