From July to September, the company's contract sales, along with its joint ventures and associates, amounted to about RMB 9.569 billion, reflecting a year-on-year increase of approximately 14.70%. The contracted sales area during this period was about 273,582 square meters, a decrease of about 36.03%. The average selling price surged to approximately RMB 34,978 per square meter, marking a significant year-on-year increase of approximately 79.29%.
