Bank Of Qingdao Co.,Ltd. (ASX: 002948) has issued an announcement regarding a recent board appointment.

The bank convened its Sixth Fourth Employee Congress on June 16, 2026. At this meeting, Mr. Liu Xiaoshu was elected as an employee director for the company's ninth-term board of directors.

His appointment is still subject to approval from the Qingdao Supervision Bureau of the National Financial Regulatory Administration. Upon receiving this regulatory approval, his term will commence and will last until the expiration of the current ninth-term board of directors.
