Top Glove Corporation Bhd (TOPGLOV) reported that Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (Diperbadankan) (KWAP) disposed of 2.55 million ordinary shares in an open-market transaction on Sep, 17 2026.

Following the sale, KWAP’s direct holding in the glove maker stands at 442.70 million shares, representing 5.521 per cent of the issued equity. Its indirect or deemed interest now totals 61.09 million shares, equivalent to 0.762 per cent, bringing KWAP’s combined interest to 503.79 million shares.

The disclosure was made under Section 138 of the Companies Act 2016, with the notice dated and received on Sep, 18 2026.
