Following market hours on June 25, 2026, a loan agreement was executed between the borrowers (Xiang H74 through Xiang H85), the company, other lenders, guarantors, and BOCOM Securities.

Pursuant to this agreement, the lenders have consented to extend a loan facility with a total principal amount not exceeding $366 million.

Within this total facility, a maximum of $3 million is to be provided by BOCOM INTL (03329).
