Keep Inc. has notified the market that its Board of Directors will convene on 24 August 2026 to review and approve the Group’s interim financial results for the six months ended 30 June 2026.

The company will hold an investor conference call at 10:00 a.m. Beijing Time on the same day to discuss the interim figures and address questions. Participants must register in advance via the provided online link to obtain dial-in details and a personal PIN. A live webcast—and subsequent replay—will be available on Keep’s investor relations website.

The announcement was signed by Chairman, Executive Director and CEO Wang Ning on 12 August 2026 in Hong Kong. Current board composition includes two executive directors and four independent non-executive directors.
