Both changes took effect from September 10, 2025.

The Registrar of Companies in Hong Kong issued a Certificate of Registration of Alteration of Name of Non-Hong Kong Company on September 30, 2025, confirming that the new English name "China Changbaishan International Holdings Limited" and the new Chinese secondary name "中国长白山国际控股有限公司" have been registered in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance, Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong.

From 9:00 a.m. on October 16, 2025, the English stock short name used for share trading on the Stock Exchange will be changed from "HUA YIN INTL H" to "CHINA CBS INTL", while the Chinese stock short name will be changed from "华音国际控股" to "中国长白山国际". The company's stock code remains 989.
