FUYAO GLASS has announced the completion of a medium-term note issuance.

The company publicly issued the 2026 Fourth Tranche Medium-Term Note on the national interbank market on July 21, 2026. The note, with the code 102682683, has a total issuance value of 300 million yuan.

The note carries a three-year term and was issued at a price of 100 yuan per hundred-yuan face value. It bears an annual interest rate of 1.68%.

Bank of China Limited acted as the lead underwriter and bookrunner for the issuance, with Industrial Bank Co., Ltd. serving as the joint lead underwriter.

The note's value date is set for July 22, 2026. Interest will be paid annually, with the final interest payment to be made together with the principal repayment at maturity.

The funds raised from this issuance are primarily intended for repaying the company's borrowings from financial institutions.
