China Lilang Limited (abbreviation: China Lilang) has provided additional details on dividend-related arrangements following its interim results announcement dated 17 August 2026.

To establish shareholder eligibility for the proposed interim and special interim dividends, the company will close its register of members from Friday, 4 September 2026 to Tuesday, 8 September 2026, both days inclusive. During this period, no share transfers will be processed.

Shareholders intending to qualify for the dividends must submit transfer documents and the relevant share certificates to the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited (17/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong), no later than 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, 3 September 2026.

The board confirmed that, aside from the above clarification, all other information in the 17 August 2026 interim results announcement remains unchanged.
