Beijing Biostar Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. (Biostar Pharmaceuticals) announced that its board of directors has rescheduled the upcoming meeting originally set for 25 March 2026. The session, which will review and approve the consolidated annual results for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 and consider any proposed final dividend, will now take place on 30 March 2026.

The postponement was attributed to the additional time required for the company and its auditor to complete the review and finalisation of the FY2025 financial statements.

The board composition remains unchanged, comprising six executive and non-executive directors and three independent non-executive directors, with Dr. Tang Li serving as chairman and executive director.
